Collecting, gathering, carefully preserving
hostility, negativity, hatred, anger, pain.
Putting it on a shelf. Letting it age,
fester.
Opening it, savoring it, wallowing in it.
Regurgitation.
Awareness, realization, refusal
to participate.
Growing, healing, letting go
of all that shit.
Catharsis.
